➤ The Port of Lewiston is inviting local boaters to share ideas for a new dock at the Confluence Riverfront as it seeks grant funds from the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation (comments accepted via email until Jan. 23) to enhance river access. Big Country News
➤ Toys for Tots released its 2025 Year-End Report yesterday, showing that 1,453 Lewiston children received holiday joy with $9,770.52 in donations supporting $8,635.55 spent on 4,497 toys. Leftover toys will be stored for distribution next year. KLEW

➤ Organizers for Art Under the Elms have opened applications for artists & food vendors planning to participate at Lewis-Clark State College from April 17–19. Artists can submit their poster challenge entries by Jan. 15 while vendor applications are due by Jan. 30. Dailyfly
