➤ The Lewiston City Council approved a contract on Feb. 9 to award WMS Aquatics $294,469.34 to install a reinforced PVC membrane liner at Bert Lipps Pool at 604 13th St. The pool, closed since 2023, is expected to reopen this summer. Dailyfly
