- ➤ TriState Health CEO Kym Clift was named a top critical access hospital president by Becker’s Review and credited her team for building a 60,000 sqft inpatient wing and raising $9 million. She said the hospital will expand services with a new residency program and health center beyond 2026. KLEW

- ➤ Lewiston High School will host the opening round of the IEL Boys Basketball Regional Tournament on Friday, Feb. 20, with tipoff at 6:00 p.m.—top seed Lewiston faces Moscow.
