- ➤ The Dent Acres boat launch has been open since March 17 but the road to the launch and campground is closed due to a potential landslide at 29 Old Dent Road—officials expect a temporary fix to be completed by Friday, April 4. The campground itself will remain closed for a couple of weeks. Big Country News
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Shane Hamilton, a lifelong Lewiston resident and father of three who struggled with kidney failure for eight years, reached the top of the transplant list and will soon have a kidney transplant in Seattle—he must remain there for at least a month while his family raises funds through a GoFundMe to help cover surgery and recovery costs including lodging, food, and transportation. SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ On Saturday, No. 24 LC State Men's Tennis played Whitman in Walla Walla and fell 4–3 after winning their first two matchups this season—freshman Giacomo and teammates contributed key wins. The team will face DI Northern Arizona on Apr. 5 and meet Whitman for the fourth time on Apr. 12. Big Country News
