- ➤ Today at 9:15 a.m., the Lewiston Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 1412 Burrell Avenue where smoke and flames were seen from a house with vehicles in the driveway—firefighters rescued two dogs and 19 personnel contained the blaze while investigators began probing its cause, with damage estimated at $110,000 and no injuries reported.
