- ➤ Lewis-Clark State College begins its 16th Annual Research Symposium today with free presentations and parking on campus, and events will continue until May 3 at the Coeur d’Alene Center and Schweitzer Career & Technical Education Center. Students and faculty will share research with sessions featuring Collin Fehr at 11:30 a.m. on April 30, Megan Goforth at noon, and keynote speaker Sarah Ulrich-French at 10 a.m. on May 1—providing varied insights for attendees. - ➤ The spring Chinook Salmon season begins tomorrow (April 26) in the Rapid River, Hells Canyon, and Clearwater River fisheries, and weekly updates from Idaho Fish and Game will explain fish counts, harvest limits, and any changes based on current forecasts and public input.
