Harrell, 32, was arrested for trafficking fentanyl after nearly 1,000 pills were found in a locked Louis Vuitton-style bag during a 9:57 p.m. traffic stop near his 9th Avenue residence on Wednesday night+ he faces felony charges with a $250,000 bond and a preliminary hearing set for May 14.
