- ➤ A construction crew working north of Highway 128 and Wild Dove Lane discovered an explosive device this morning at Lewiston Hill — the Spokane Explosive Disposal Unit confirmed it was active and safely removed it, while authorities have not released its origins. KHQ
- ➤ On May 4, 59-year-old Glenn Amberson from Pullman was arrested at Clearwater River Casino after allegedly stealing a mint-green iPhone 16e valued at $1,200 and admitting he planned to sell it for gambling funds before disposing of it in a storm drain; he later appeared in court with bond set at $5,000.
