Potable water has been restored at Laird Park Campground near Harvard after the system was shut down last season due to poor water quality.

The U.S. Forest Service repaired it and the park will open for the season on Monday.

Lewiston City Library and Northwest Public Broadcasting will host a screening of the PBS documentary Caregiving on Thursday, May 29 at 5 p.m., with a panel discussion by local caregiving experts beginning at 5:30 p.m.—attendees can join either in person or virtually.

CVS will acquire several Rite Aid locations in Washington and Idaho as court documents show a hearing is scheduled for next week—details on specific stores remain undisclosed.

Idaho moved up 12 spots to 24th in starting teacher pay in the 2023-24 school year after a $145 million boost raised teacher salaries from $56,365 to $61,516.
