- ➤ The Bureau of Land Management has installed digital kiosks at five rural recreation sites (including Cottonwood Field Office and Cooper’s Ferry Interpretive Site) to give visitors access to maps, brochures and other info using solar power and a local Wi-Fi network. KHQ
- ➤ The federal government expanded the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act so eligible Idaho residents may receive $100,000 for cancers linked to mid-1900s nuclear tests. Libraries are helping locals gather records + workshops are scheduled in Pocatello, Salmon, and North Idaho to assist with applications. Big Country News
