CCI Ammunition marks 75 years in Lewiston by introducing new rimfire ammunition and air rifle slug offerings and hosting a private employee event on Friday, June 12 at the Nez Perce County Fairgrounds — it remains a major local employer operating across three facilities.

Lewis-Clark State College’s Master of Science in Nursing program earned a five-year accreditation in May and now offers a new Direct Entry MSN track that uses in-person & online courses to guide career changers toward earning a master’s and sitting for the NCLEX-RN exam.

The Idaho Department of Fish and Game closed Chinook salmon fishing on the Little Salmon River on June 8 after harvest goals were met — the Lochsa River remains its only open fishery.
It announced that fishing on the South Fork and Upper Salmon Rivers will open on June 18.
