🚨 Crime
Calub C. Largent, 30, was sentenced to 3 to 10 years in prison after allegedly strangling a Lewiston woman and robbing her on May 12 and May 13, and he pleaded guilty to the attempted strangulation charge—other charges were dismissed by Judge Michelle Evans.
🏛️ Government
New Idaho laws will take effect Tuesday that change rules for criminal justice, taxation and public health—banning employers and schools from requiring vaccines.
One law also introduces the death penalty for aggravated crimes against children—mandating long prison sentences for these offenses.
