- ➤ Lewis-Clark State College will host its fourth annual Consent of the Governed: Student Democracy Day on Monday, August 4 for students aged 12 and up, offering a full day of hands-on learning about local government from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The program starts at the east side of the Student Union Building and includes meetings with Mayor Dan Johnson plus a Tribune tour—students must register by 5 p.m. on July 31 and bring a sack lunch.
