The Idaho State Tax Commission said Friday that the Parental Choice Tax Credit program hit its $50 million cap and closed applications for non-public school students' refunds.
Parents can reapply next year, with previous recipients getting priority access.

State fire assistance was mobilized under the Washington State Fire Services Resource Mobilization Plan on July 17 at 4:15 p.m. to support firefighters battling the 350-acre Pow Wah Kee Canyon Fire near Clarkston.
The blaze, which started around 1:38 p.m., has threatened homes & croplands, though no evacuations were ordered.
