- ➤ Nez Perce Tribal Police and IARN rescued 22 small dogs from a mobile home on Grouse Road near Lapwai on July 17 after concerns emerged during an evacuation when officers found the animals living in unsafe conditions with no running water and improper power arrangements — the operation aimed to prevent serious health risks.
