A 13-year-old teen who escaped custody from the Asotin County Courthouse at about 2:30 p.m. on Monday was located in Clarkston by deputies with help from police and is now held at the Juvenile Detention Center.

Lewis-Clark State College was named Idaho’s Best Value college by Niche when the ranking was released on September 9—based on millions of reviews and government data.
