- ➤ On Wednesday, a federal appeals court in Seattle heard oral arguments in a challenge by March For Our Lives Idaho and the Idaho Alliance for Retired Americans that House Bills 124 and 340 target young voters by removing student IDs as proof of identity—state officials argued the changes secure elections.
