The Fourth District Court appointed Dean Cameron as rehabilitator of the insolvent Idaho School Benefit Trust by barring trustees from transacting business and taking control of its assets.
The trust must borrow from Blue Cross, and member districts have until Sept. 30 to address a $13 million shortfall.
