Local veterans groups will gather on December 7 for the Pearl Harbor Remembrance Wreath Laying Ceremony at the meeting of the Snake and Clearwater rivers near the Blue Bridge—where a 21-gun salute, taps by the Marine Corps League, and a World War II-era aircraft flyover are planned, weather permitting.
